ფორუმის ერთ-ერთი მნიშვნელოვანი თემა იყო ICF-ის ჩაპტერებსა და ქოუჩინგის საგანმანათლებლო ორგანიზაციებს შორის თანამშრომლობის გაძლიერება.
სესიას „Designing Collaborative Experiences for Coaching Education Providers“ უძღვებოდა Bernadett Balajthy, PCC - President-Elect, Hungary Chapter.
დისკუსია შეეხო ICF აკრედიტაციის მქონე სკოლების როლს პროფესიონალური ქოუჩინგის განვითარებაში, მათ პასუხისმგებლობას ხარისხიანი განათლებისა და ეთიკური პრინციპების დაცვის მიმართ, ასევე ICF-ის ადგილობრივ ჩაპტერებთან სისტემური კომუნიკაციისა და გრძელვადიანი პარტნიორობის მნიშვნელობას.
პრაქტიკული სამუშაოს ფარგლებში საქართველოს ჩაპტერისა და სხვადასხვა ქვეყნის ლიდერებმა გააზიარეს ჩაპტერების გამოცდილება, განიხილეს თანამშრომლობის გამოწვევები და შეიმუშავეს კონკრეტული იდეები საკუთარი ჩაპტერებისთვის.
ხარისხიანი განათლებისა და ეთიკური სტანდარტებისადმი საერთო ერთგულება ICF-აკრედიტებულ სკოლებსა და ადგილობრივ ჩაპტერებს შორის უფრო მჭიდრო პარტნიორობისა და ერთობლივი ინიციატივების საფუძველია. სწორედ ასეთი თანამშრომლობით შეგვიძლია, ერთად განვსაზღვროთ პროფესიონალური ქოუჩინგის მომავალი.

One of the key topics of the Forum was building stronger connections between ICF chapters and coaching education providers.
The session “Designing Collaborative Experiences for Coaching Education Providers” was led by Bernadett Balajthy, PCC - President-Elect, ICF Hungary Chapter.
The discussion explored the role of ICF-accredited coaching schools in advancing professional coaching, their responsibility for delivering quality education and upholding ethical principles, and the importance of ongoing dialogue with local ICF chapters.
During the practical workshop, leaders from The Sakartvelo Chapter of ICF and other countries exchanged experiences, explored common challenges, and developed practical ideas to implement in their chapters.
A shared commitment to quality education and ethical standards creates opportunities for meaningful partnerships and joint initiatives.
