27–29 სექტემბერს The Sakartvelo Chapter of ICF-მა უმასპინძლა ICF Eastern Europe & Nordic-Baltic Chapter Leaders Forum, 2026-ს, რომელიც International Coaching Federation-ის (ICF) ორგანიზებით თბილისში გაიმართა.
ფორუმში მონაწილეობდნენ:
Jihane Labib, ACTC, MCC - ICF Professional Coaches Global Board Director;
Eliza Tsolakou - ICF Regional Manager, Europe & Africa;
Sofia Rodrigues, CAE - ICF Regional Manager, Europe & Africa;
16 ქვეყნის 30 ლიდერი, რომლებიც წარმოადგენდნენ აზერბაიჯანის, ბულგარეთის, კვიპროსის, ესტონეთის, საბერძნეთის, უნგრეთის, ისრაელის, ყაზახეთის, ლატვიის, ლიეტუვის, პოლონეთის, რუმინეთის, საქართველოს, სლოვენიის, თურქეთისა და უკრაინის ICF ჩაპტერებს.
ფორუმი გაცილებით მეტია, ვიდრე საერთაშორისო პროფესიული შეხვედრა. ეს არის სივრცე, სადაც განსხვავებული გამოცდილება, ლიდერული ხედვები და პროფესიული პრაქტიკა ერთიანდება საერთო მიზნის გარშემო - ქოუჩინგის პროფესიის განვითარება, მისი ხარისხისა და ეთიკური სტანდარტების განმტკიცება და საერთაშორისო პროფესიული საზოგადოების გაძლიერება.
საქართველოსთვის განსაკუთრებული პატივი და პასუხისმგებლობაა ამ მასშტაბის საერთაშორისო ფორუმის მასპინძლობა.
საქართველოში ამ მასშტაბის ფორუმის ჩატარება The Sakartvelo Chapter of ICF-ის წევრების ერთობლივი შრომის, პროფესიული ერთგულებისა და თანმიმდევრული განვითარების აღიარებაა. ამავდროულად, ეს მნიშვნელოვანი ეტაპია საქართველოში პროფესიონალური ქოუჩინგის განვითარებისა და ჩვენი ქვეყნის საერთაშორისო პროფესიულ საზოგადოებაში პოზიციების განმტკიცების გზაზე.
გვჯერა, რომ პროფესიის მომავალი იქ იქმნება, სადაც ლიდერები მზად არიან, ერთმანეთს მოუსმინონ, გამოცდილება გაუზიარონ და საერთო ღირებულებები ერთობლივ მოქმედებად აქციონ.

Georgia - Host Country of the ICF Eastern Europe & Nordic-Baltic Chapter Leaders Forum, 2026!

The Sakartvelo Chapter of ICF had the honor of hosting the ICF Eastern Europe & Nordic-Baltic Chapter Leaders Forum, 2026, organized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
The Forum participants included:
Jihane Labib, ACTC, MCC - ICF Professional Coaches Global Board Director;
Eliza Tsolakou - ICF Regional Manager, Europe & Africa;
Sofia Rodrigues, CAE - ICF Regional Manager, Europe & Africa;
30 leaders from 16 countries, representing ICF Chapters in Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Sakartvelo, Slovenia, Türkiye, and Ukraine.
The Forum was much more than an international professional gathering. It was a space where diverse experiences, leadership perspectives, and professional practices came together around a shared purpose: advancing the coaching profession, strengthening its quality and ethical standards, and building a stronger international coaching community.
Hosting an international forum of this scale is both a great honor and a significant responsibility for Georgia.
Bringing this Forum to Georgia is a recognition of the collective efforts, professional commitment, and continued growth of the members of The Sakartvelo Chapter of ICF. At the same time, it marks an important milestone in the development of professional coaching in Georgia and in strengthening our country's position within the international coaching community.
We believe that the future of our profession is shaped when leaders are willing to listen to one another, share their experiences, and turn shared values into collective action.
